- Brake rotors ,calipers , flexible brake line ,
- Brake master cylinder .breakaway switch and battery
- Wheel bearings ,seals and spindles
- Jockey wheel and winch.
- Bunk and keel bracket system from structural defects
- Electric wiring ,connector and lighting
- WARRANTY NOT COVERED
- Keel rollers , Wobble rollers
- Cosmetic appearance
- Incorrect use or abuse of trailer
- Damage cause by overload
- Alterations or modifications,
- Accidents
- Wear and tear
- Failure to provide necessary maintenance
- Off- road use
Note : Transtyle Trailers liability is limited to the cost of supplying, repairing or replacing of the defective part only . This will be at Transtyle Trailers discretion . Transtyle Trailers will not be liable for any loss or damage , whether direct or incidental , from any breach of warranty or use of defective part , It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the trailer to Transtyle for inspection prior to a warranty claim be accepted. Transtyle will not be responsible for the cost of repairs done by a third party without prior written consent of Transtyle Trailers .
